How to resolve error SC332-00 on a Ricoh monochrome printer?
Recently, a user reported that the following error code appeared when installing a new compatible drum cartridge and toner cartridge on a Ricoh SP4510sf:
Coincidentally, another user also experienced error code SC332-00 when using SP6430 monochrome printer normally.

Ricoh SP6430 Toner Cartridge
If a Ricoh monochrome printer displays error code SC332-00, check the following:
1. Is there enough toner powder in the toner cartridge?
2. Are the toner cartridge outlet and drum cartridge inlet damaged? This can prevent toner powder from entering the developer, causing the printer to display an error.

Solution:
1. Power cycle
If this error appears during normal use, we recommend to power cycle the printer. Generally, power cycling the printer will restore normal operation.
2. Replace the Toner Cartridge
If the printer restarts and the error code SC332-00 appears again after a period of normal operation, it may be due to low toner powder in the drum unit’s developer. Replace the toner cartridge, restart the printer, and reload the toner powder.
When replacing a new drum unit, the toner powder in the toner cartridge may have completely entered the drum unit, causing the toner powder to be low and displaying the error code SC332-00. Replace the toner cartridge.
