1. Enter the machine’s maintenance mode.
Steps to enter maintenance mode:
– Press the “Clear/Stop” button.
– Enter “107”.
– Press the “Start” button until the machine enters maintenance mode.
2. Clear the print cartridge:
– In maintenance mode, select the “Engine SP mode” option.
– Select options “7” to “622”.
– Select “2” to clear the print cartridge counter.
3. Clear the fixing unit:
– In maintenance mode, select the “Engine SP mode” option.
– Select options “7” to “622”.
– Select “115” to clear the fuser unit counter.
4. Memory clear:
– In the maintenance mode, select the “5.mode” option.
– Select the “801.memory clear” option to clear the machine’s memory.
After completing these steps, exit the maintenance mode and restart the machine. The “Replacement required PRINT CARTRIDGE” message will be resolved and the normal operation of the printer is restored.
