Fuser film is a special high temperature resistant material film used for fixing when copying or printing in a copier or printer. The main function of the fuser film is to fix the unstable and erasable toner image on the copy paper on the paper. This process is usually heated by the fuser component to melt the toner and penetrate deep into the paper fiber, thus ensuring the copy or print effect.
Based on the substrate type, the fixing film can be divided into two types: resin-based and metal-based. Based on the surface process type, it can be divided into two types: coating-based and encapsulated-based. These different types and characteristics enable the fixing film to adapt to different printing and copying needs, improve printing quality and extend the service life of the equipment.
