How to Eject toner from Sharp printer?:
Method Ⅰ: Replace the toner cartridge normally (applicable after the toner is exhausted)
When the toner runs out, the machine usually automatically ejects the toner cartridge and prompts you to replace it.
If it does not pop up automatically or needs to be taken out in advance, please follow the steps below.
Operation steps:
1. Enter the settings menu
• Click [Settings] → select [Image Quality Adjustment].
• Enter admin (all lowercase) in the [Password input area], and then click [OK].
• Click [Login] to enter the system.
2. Perform toner cartridge ejection
• Swipe down the menu and find [Remove Toner Cartridge].
• Select the toner cartridge to be removed (single or multiple can be selected).
• Click [Execute], the device will make a “click” sound to indicate that the toner cartridge has been ejected.
3. Remove the old toner cartridge
• Open the front door and the toner cartridge should pop out automatically.
• Remove the old toner cartridge and replace it with a new one.
4. Complete the replacement and exit the system
• Insert the new toner cartridge (in the correct direction, push it in and hear a “click”).
• Close the front door and the machine will automatically detect the new toner cartridge and resume normal use.
• Click [Logout] to exit the system.
Warm reminder: If the toner cartridge does not pop up automatically or the system is stuck, you can try Method Ⅱ to manually force it out.
Sharp SF-30CT Toner Cartridges
Method Ⅱ: Professional mode (suitable for maintenance or special situations)
Applies to the following situations:
✅ The toner cartridge does not pop out and cannot be replaced normally.
✅ If there is an abnormality or malfunction in the device, the toner cartridge needs to be forcibly removed.
✅ Maintenance personnel need to enter engineering mode to operate.
Notice! This method belongs to the maintenance mode, and it is recommended to be operated by professionals to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment!
Operation steps:
1. Enter engineering mode
• Click the Home icon twice in succession (the little house icon on the copier’s home screen).
• In the pop-up interface, click the version number in the lower right corner of the screen.
• Enter #*C* to enter project mode.
2. Select the Toner Cartridge Ejection option
• Enter 10 and click [Start].
• Enter 03 again (some models may require special instructions), then click [Start].
• The four colors of toner (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow) will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen. You can select the toner cartridge that needs to be removed (highlighted).
3. Perform toner cartridge ejection
• Click [execute], the device will make a “click” sound.
• Open the front door and take out the toner cartridge.
4. Exit and restart the device
• Click [Return] and the device will automatically restart and resume normal use.
Extra tip: If the device still cannot eject the toner cartridge, it may be that the toner cartridge is stuck or the device is faulty. It is recommended to contact professional maintenance personnel!

Method 1: Suitable for normal replacement of toner cartridges. When the toner is used up, the device will automatically eject the toner cartridge. The user only needs to take out the old toner cartridge and replace it with a new one.
Method 2: Applicable when the toner cartridge does not eject, equipment failure or maintenance mode, the toner cartridge can be forcibly removed through engineering mode.
