Replacing the Waste Toner Bottle for Ricoh MP2554/3054/4054/5054/6054/2555, and 6055 Series Printers.

 

Replace the waste toner bottle when the following message appears on the screen: “Life End Waste Toner Bottle”.

How to replace a waste toner bottle on Ricoh?

Here is steps for replacing the waste toner bottle for Ricoh MP2554, 3054, 4054, 5054, 6054, 2555, and 6055 Series Copiers:

 

1. Open the front door of the machine, locate the screw on the right side, and remove it with a screwdriver. See the small red circle in the image below:

2. Press the plastic button on the left side to release the waste toner box. Remove the waste toner container. See the large red circle in the image above.

3. Install the new waste toner bottle in the correct position and replace the screws. Ensure the waste toner bottle is properly installed; otherwise, waste toner may clog and damage the machine.

4. Close the front door to complete the waste toner bottle replacement process.
